Help Request (HR): A help or service request made by a Mobile User from the Mobile User App in response to an emergency situation. HRs have two graduations: Urgent and Normal, and can be sent only from User Mobile App. When a Rescue Center gets HR from its responsible zone, the RC can review the HR and assign a Rescue Team (RT) to solve the Help Request. | |
Rescue Team (RT): A real entity with a real current location address, contact name and phone number. RTs are a Sub-element of Rescue Center Architecture. RTs interact with their assigned RC and respond to Help Requests. Rescue Teams use the Rescue Team Mobile App for interaction with Rescue Center and Mobile User. The Rescue Team can have only one Rescue Team Mobile App for interaction with Rescue Center. New RTs can be created from Rescue Center Web App. | |
