Starting off with the visuals, we got the mighty Zeus on the side, animated and ready to strike. The action takes place in ancient Greece, and the main goal of the game is to get as many coins as possible, before hitting a snake.
One thing that I like about Raging Zeus, is the fact that for a card scratching game, there are plenty of options to choose from when it comes to winning chances and payouts. I’m talking about the ability to choose the number of snakes that will be present on the 5×5 grid. In total, there are 25 mystery coins, and you can set the amount of snakes from 1, up to 24 of them.
Because of this, I got the chance to test out different scenarios and find my best approach when it comes to winning. I personally like playing with a fixed bet, usually a modest one, and with 5 snakes on the screen. The key to my strategy is to cash out after 2 or 3 successful guesses.
A nice quality of life addition to the game is a button that auto-selects random symbols on the screen, allowing for faster rounds, and I happened to use this feature often.
Overall, Raging Zeus managed to get lucrative enough that I can recommend it. The graphics are modern, and the interface is easy enough to navigate through. Because of how varied the game is in terms of gameplay options, I suggest starting out with a small bet, and find your preferred amount of snakes hiding behind the symbols. Try not to get too greedy and cash out if you feel like you got a good win.
